Return / Damage / Exchange Policy
– FDFM: FIRST DEFENCE FACE MASKS –
1. Return item(s) to FDFM
If you purchased at FDFM or online, just bring your item(s) with your Original Receipt to our customer service agent for your full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. (Unless the masks have been damaged inside the box).
2. Return item(s) by mail
If you made your purchase online, contact us at contact@firstdefencefacemasks.com. Let us know the reason you are not satisfied, attach a picture of the item(s) and your receipt, and indicate if you would like to return, exchange, or refund your item(s). A customer agent will get back to you quickly. If needed, FDFM will send you prepaid postage, for the returned/exchanged item(s). The item(s) must be unopened, withing 15 days of purchase and in its original packaging. (Unless the masks have been damaged inside the box).
3. Recall / Alert(s)
All recalls and alerts are the responsibility of the “President Administration Team” of FDFM. This team ensures all protocols are followed, all customers are informed, and a refund/ replacement item(s) at no cost to the customer is handled. The customer does not need to register/request to receive this notification as all customers will receive the notification automatically regarding the specific Lot# item recall/alerts as well as instructions on how to safely dispose the item(s) and receive a replacement or refund of the item(s). All recall and alert inquiries must be forwarded to the “President Administration Team” at marina@firstdefencefacemasks.com.
